Fulfillment Policy

Overview of Services Provided:

Matt Weier, A-CSPO, doing business as Reality Theory LLC, specializes in offering high-quality creative consulting services, including design, animation and solutions development. My commitment is to provide exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of my clients.

Payment Terms:

Services are typically charged on a non-refundable invoiced basis for actual time and materials rendered, though clients may also instead opt to be invoiced in advance to establish a credit of available hours. I believe in maintaining a flexible approach to contract duration, thus I do not require annual agreements. Services are invoiced monthly on a NET-30 basis, ensuring transparency and consistency in billing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Given the nature of my services, I operate on a non-refundable basis for all completed work. Any unused prepaid balance, against which time has not yet been worked, is refundable.  However, I value client satisfaction and open communication. Should any concerns arise, I encourage clients to contact me directly to discuss potential resolutions. Cancellation of services can be made at any time, with the request that clients provide notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional billable time investment.

Credit Card Payments:

Reality Theory LLC accepts payments via credit cards, processed securely through Stripe. By providing a credit card for payment, clients affirm that they are authorized to use the designated card and that all information provided – including card number, expiration date, and billing information – is accurate and complete.

Security and Privacy:

We prioritize the security and privacy of our clients’ information. All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe’s secure platform, which employs state-of-the-art security measures to protect against unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

In the unlikely event of a payment dispute, we urge clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We strive to address all concerns amicably and efficiently, adhering to our merchant accounts guidelines for dispute resolution.
